EDM Familiarization

CHT/5 EDM Familiarization for Sokkia/Leica/Topcon instruments [1 Day Course]

The course is designed for engineers and others who are not familiar with Sokkia/Leica/Topcon total stations. It is suitable for staff with total station/EDM experience but little or no knowledge of Sokkia/Leica/Topcon equipment.

Objectives:
On completion of the course delegates should be able to:

Use Sokkia/Leica/Topcon total stations for setting out and as-built surveys.
Undertake Resection/Free Station.
Use computer programs to transfer data.
Produce simple surveys and as-built plots.

Pre – Requirements:

Basic understanding of geometry and algebra.
At least 2 Years site experience.
