How does the limited company work?

The limited company take a 5% fee and pay the candidate 95% gross. The candidate is then liable to pay their own tax and insurance at the end of the tax year.

This gives peace off mind to the candidate as the tax is deducted by Chanton, paid in every month and the candidate do not need to pay this in by the end of the year

The candidates can get their wages paid in to someone else’s account. The candidate must send us a fax, e-mail or letter authorising us to pay the money into a third parties account.
