Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

To recruit temporary and permanent candidates within the technical,construction and survey market through development of new and existing clients,providing an exceptional service to deliver repeat business.

Skills:

We are looking for a experienced recruitment consultant who enjoys dealing withpeople and would thrive in a fast-paced, target-led, sales environment. Youwill need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to buildrapport and enduring business relationships with clients.

Key Objectives of the Consultant:

·          To proactively develop the recruitment ofcandidates to clients by providing quality recruitment service, where allapplicants are interviewed either by phone or face to face and clear, conciseinformation is gathered and recorded in line with company procedures.

·          All information contained within a candidate’srecord should be verified before being forwarded in a professional standardformat to the client. All client job descriptions must be clear and factual toenable the role to be presented professionally to the candidate.

·          The Recruitment consultant should be highly motivatedwith the desire to succeed and must able to communicate effectively whilstworking in a fast-paced friendly environment. You should be driven by theirability to reach high earnings and to exceed goals.
