Due to continued growth, we have exciting opportunities for experienced  Recruitment Consultants to join our busy team.
Full training within our industry will be provided.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

To place temporary and permanent candidates within the technical, construction and survey market through development of new and existing clients, providing an exceptional service to deliver repeat business.

Skills:
We are looking for candidates who enjoy dealing with people and would thrive in a fast-paced, target-led, sales environment. You will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport and enduring business relationships with clients. Key Objectives of the Role:

- To proactively develop the placement of candidates to clients by providing quality recruitment service, where all applicants are interviewed either by phone or face to face and clear, concise information is gathered and recorded in line with company procedures.

- All information contained within a candidate’s record should be verified before being forwarded in a professional standard format to the client. All client job descriptions must be clear and factual to enable the role to be presented professionally to the candidate.

- Throughout the life cycle of the recruitment process, there must be clear communication to identify and overcome any issues or objections from either party, which may affect the successful placement of the candidate.

Person Specification:

The candidates should be highly motivated with the desire to succeed and must able to communicate effectively whilst working in a fast-paced friendly environment. They should be driven by their ability to reach high earnings and to exceed their goals.
